Delivery.
Upon receipt of your order and once the payment is approved, we will process your order within a maximum of 48 hrs, except for on holidays and weekends.
Your order will be hand-delivered to you for your signature by our partner, Colissimo.
You will know where your package is at any time by using your tracking number on the postal site.

International Delivery outside the CEE
When you place an order from outside Metropolitan France, Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the buyer responsibility.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

You may return the product, complete in its original packaging, for exchange or reimbursement of the full amount paid within 7 working days from its delivery date. (According to article L 121-16 of the Consumer Code).
