According to article L 121-16 of the consumer code, you can return or exchange any product that you have ordered and that does not satisfy you within 7 working days.
This deadline begins upon receipt of the products.
The product must be sent in packaging suitable for this purpose and that does not identify the product (postal parcel, bubble envelope, kraft paper, etc.). The customer will bear the price for returning the products.
We recommend returning articles with a certification or supplemental insurance guaranteeing, if applicable, indemnification of the products at their highest real merchandise value in case of spoilage or loss of the package/s.
Products returned in other than their original condition, i.e., incomplete, ruined or soiled, will not be reimbursed or exchanged and will be returned to you.
Please note that we will receive the articles returned within 6 to 9 days. You will be reimbursed by the same means of payment used for the purchase. Processing the reimbursement may take up to 30 days; however, we will make an effort to reimburse the articles as quickly as possible within this deadline.
If the purchased product(s) are returned due to the fault of Diver Inside, the expense of shipment and return will be entirely reimbursed.
To easily return an article:
2- Fold the articles neatly and pack them in appropriate and secure wrapping
3- Send the package to: D-I 83 rue Faubourg Saint Denis, 75010 Paris France
In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Diver Inside reserves the right to refuse a later order.
